We are a husband and wife team, Tommy and Li, starting a portfolio of rental properties in Valencia California. We moved to Valencia right before our first son Richard turned 6. We have always loved coming to Valencia with its easy relaxing suburban vibe and beautiful landscape. The public school system is top notch.

In the years since, we’ve grown to love this city and we are now investing here because we believe it has great growth potential.
